Syracuse, NY (December 7, 2022) – Carol Fletcher and Tom Fletcher of CR Fletcher Associates, Inc. announced today that the company signed an agreement to transfer ownership to Joanne Rauch and Michelle Jevis.

Joanne Rauch who started with CR Fletcher back in 1994, has been an integral part of the company’s growth and helped establish CR Fletcher’s reputation as a premier professional recruiting firm. “We have a talented team here at CR Fletcher and I am honored that Carol and Tom are entrusting Michelle and I to continue their legacy and strengthen our relationships throughout the business community” stated Ms. Rauch.
Michelle Jevis joined the firm in 2002. Ms. Jevis has been instrumental in developing CR Fletcher as a leading temporary and industrial placement service, bringing top level candidates in administration, accounting/finance, customer service and light industrial/manufacturing.
