Marketing Chair

Crystal brings 20 years of marketing experience across the casino, entertainment, resort, food and beverage, and sports industries. She currently serves as a Brand Director at Dixon Schwabl + Company, a Rochester-based full-service marketing agency, where she leads a diverse portfolio of client accounts and helps develop strategies tailored to their unique business needs. A CNYSME member since 2023, Crystal has served as Marketing Chair for much of that time, supporting the organization’s efforts to engage and grow Central New York’s sales and marketing community.

What would you like us to know about you? I love taking on new opportunities and challenges in both personal and professional settings.

Where do you work and what is your position? I work at Dixon Schwabl + Company as a Brand Director.

Are you from the region originally? Yes! While born in the capital region, my family moved to the area when I was young and I grew up in Jamesville. Go Red Rams!

What are your hobbies and interests? I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, seeking out the latest new spots around town, traveling and exploring!

What is your favorite snack? Chomp’s have been my go to lately.

What is your favorite movie or TV show? There are far to many to list, top choices have to be Friends and The Golden Girls. Movies, I can rewatch Dodgeball or Sister Act any day of the week.

What is your Hype Song? Hard question, but I can’t sit still when “High Hopes” by Panic at the Disco is on.
