Kristin Mohat

Kristen works as a Client Manager in the employee benefits industry. She was born and raised in Oswego and now lives in Clay with her husband and our two daughters. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing whenever she has the opportunity. She is excited to serve on the CNYSME Board and support the employee benefits community throughout Central New York.

What would you like us to know about you? I’m a people person who loves building relationships, whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or fellow community members. I enjoy learning new things, meeting new people, and finding ways to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Where do you work and what is your position? I work at Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy as a Client Manager, helping employers with their employee benefits programs, strategic planning, renewals, and ongoing employee benefits support.

Are you from the region originally? Yes! I was born and raised in Oswego and currently live in Clay.

What are your hobbies and interests? I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, relaxing, traveling, and making memories.

What is your favorite snack? Yogurt and granola.

What is your favorite movie or TV show? My all-time favorite TV show is Friends. It never gets old and always makes me laugh, no matter how many times I’ve seen an episode.
