Jill Allen

Finance Chair

As Executive Director of the Foundation at Menorah Park, Jill leads fundraising and community engagement efforts in support of Menorah Park and its mission. She joined Menorah Park in January 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience working in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, with expertise in fundraising, event planning, strategic planning, and relationship building. Jill is passionate about connecting people, organizations, and resources to create meaningful opportunities and positive impact throughout the community. She brings a strong vision for the future and believes that thoughtful planning, collaboration, and strong relationships are essential to achieving meaningful results. 

Where do you work and what is your position? I am the Executive Director of the Foundation at Menorah Park

Are you from the region originally? I was born in Utica, grew up in Vestal and have been in Syracuse more than 30 years

What are your hobbies and interests? I love Pilates and I am learning to play golf

Is there an unusual fact about yourself that you are willing to share? I am an excellent parallel parker-seriously!

What is your favorite snack?  It’s a toss-up between popcorn and ice cream
